The Shiv Nadar Foundation was formed by the Act of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly in 1994, a US $10 billion leading worldwide corporation. Shiv Nadar University has campuses in two major cities: Delhi (NCR) and Chennai. The university has a diversified environment, research-focused and student-centred institution that provides a wide range of undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral academic programmes. The institute was awarded the rank of “Institute of Eminence” in March of last year. School of Engineering, School of Humanities and Social Sciences, School of Management and Entrepreneurship, School of Natural Sciences, and School of Distance Education are the five schools that fall under its jurisdiction.

The Institute of Distance Education was established by the University of Madras in 1981. The institution has 25 years of experience in helping students advance their professional skills, careers, and personal aspirations. They now offer 16 Undergraduate Courses, 22 Postgraduate Courses, 19 Diploma Courses, and 16 Certificate Courses under the CBCS Pattern. Financial management, hospital management, human resource management, logistics and supply chain management, marketing management, and system management are among the six specialisations available through the institute’s online MBA programme.

NIBM is a certified ISO 9001:2015 educational institution. The NIBM courses are geared for working professionals. NIBM offers a variety of management training courses at various levels to help students improve their efficiency.
